Refund policy

At Zarshal Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof, and our team will review your request. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed accordingly, and in the case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.
